Having enjoyed a period of strong growth we now require a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

This is an office-based role, with flexibility as needed. We are looking for serious applicants who want to make a difference and build a career in the Renewable Energy Sector.

The Opportunity

Reporting directly to the Operations Director some of your responsibilities will include:

Manage communication with our potential customers

Booking appointments for the sales team

General administration duties and maintenance of CRM and other Systems

Maintain and update relevant records

About You

The successful candidate will have:

Solid experience in a similar customer facing or administration role

Strong computer skills including experience using Office365

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and a high level of organisational skills
