About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Account Manager, you’ll be the main point of contact for your assigned client accounts, ensuring they get the best possible results from our services. You’ll be responsible for:

Onboarding and managing key client relationships – building trust, understanding their goals, and providing strategic recommendations.

Developing and implementing tailored digital marketing strategies to improve rankings, visibility, and conversions.

Tracking and analysing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to optimize results.

Providing regular updates and reports to clients, keeping them informed and engaged.

Maintaining and exceeding KPIs, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.

Staying ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a client-facing position and loves seeing their strategies deliver real, measurable success.

What We’re Looking For

Has experience in digital marketing, ideally managing multiple client accounts.

Understands Local SEO, Google Ads, or other digital marketing channels.

Can analyse and interpret data, using insights to improve campaign performance.
