Reporting the Shipping & Documentation Manager the successful applicant will be required to:

Prepare and manage all export documentation required for shipments.

Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and requirements of importing countries.

Maintain accurate records of all export documentation.

Collaborate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment of orders.

Maintain an organized system for tracking orders and invoices.

Have demonstrated experience in a similar role.

Demonstrate high level proficiency in computer-based software packages.

Ability to work with excel spreadsheets.

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

Ability to show initiative and work under pressure.

An ability to manage own performance and identify and set priorities.
