The Role
As the Shipping & Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in coordinating export and domestic order processing, ensuring timely documentation, and managing container logistics. You will be the central link between the Sales, Production, and Load Out teams, ensuring smooth flow from order to dispatch. Your duties will include (but not be limited to):

• Coordinating export and domestic order processing
• Organising and tracking containers for domestic and international shipments
• Preparing and maintaining export documentation and shipment records
• Monitoring transport bookings and updating shipment schedules
• Ensuring compliance with export regulations and product traceability
• Managing inventory using ‘First-In-First-Out’ principles and maintaining stock control
• Filing, reporting, and data entry using internal logistics systems (Promptu)

Skill and Experience

• Proven experience in production, logistics, and/or shipping coordination
• High attention to detail and excellent time management
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in using digital systems for logistics and documentation
• Strong understanding of export documentation and containerised freight
