Experienced Despatch Supervisor – Noosaville

KJ Bolt Trade Fasteners is seeking an experienced highly organised and motivated Dispatch Supervisor with experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment to join our growing team at our Noosaville branch.

About the Role:

As our Dispatch Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all outgoing deliveries from our Noosaville warehouse. You will lead a small team, ensuring orders are accurately picked, packed, and dispatched on time to meet our customer expectations. You will coordinate with internal departments, delivery drivers, and freight providers to maintain the highest level of service and efficiency.

Key Resposibilities:

· Supervise the daily dispatch operations

· Ensure all deliveries are picked, packed, and sent out accurately and on time

· Oversee third-party freight bookings and KJ Bolt delivery runs

· Manage and maintain dispatch trays (Builders, Same Day, and Industrial)

· Liaise with internal sales and warehouse teams to prioritise urgent orders

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the dispatch area

· Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

About You:

· Proven experience in a similar Dispatch or Warehouse Supervisor role

· Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

· Attention to detail and a focus on efficiency

· Forklift licence (preferred)

· Experience in the trade or industrial fasteners industry is highly regarded

· Reliable and able to work independently and as part of a team
