About Us
Welcome to Austchilli, where we're not just growing chillies and avocado’s – we're growing futures! Based in sunny Bundaberg, Queensland, we're Australia's largest chilli grower and a leading name in food manufacturing. Our diverse business includes fresh chillies, fresh avocado’s, herb and vegetable puree ingredients, and our popular retail brands, AvoFresh (always ripe and ready avocado) and New Fresh Farms (herb & chilli puree tubes). With nearly 30 years of experience, we're a proud Australian family-owned and operated business, employing over 150 passionate people. We're all about creating innovative food solutions for our customers!
To help us deliver on our strategic plan and achieve our ambitious goals, we're on the hunt for experienced factory supervisors with a proven track record.
Our business is thriving, and we've just opened our first international office in Malaysia, adding to the 12 countries we already export to. Due to high production demands, we need MULTIPLE factory supervisors to join our team in both our value-added (processing) divisions and fresh produce (chilli) divisions. If you're driven by curiosity and innovation, and want to leave a lasting impact, we want you on our team!
