Warehouse Supervisor – Full-Time | Geebung, QLD

Inalca Food & Beverage Australia is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to join our Brisbane team. Based at our Geebung facility, this is a long-term opportunity to step into a leadership role with responsibility across daily operations, team management, and continuous improvement.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in food warehousing, who is comfortable working across all temperature zones and leading by example in a fast-paced environment.

About the Role

As Warehouse Supervisor, you will play a dual role: working alongside your team on the floor while managing critical operational tasks. You will oversee picking, packing, dispatch, inbound containers, and delivery coordination, with a strong focus on team supervision, inventory accuracy, and process optimisation.

You’ll also work closely with internal systems (Navision, Maganet, PowerBI, and Fleety) to ensure accurate order fulfilment and stock management.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of pickers, packers, forklift drivers, and admin staff

Manage day-to-day operations including order picking, packing, and dispatch

Coordinate inbound container deliveries and oversee inventory integration

Ensure compliance with FIFO, temperature control, food safety, and WHS protocols

Monitor and report on inventory accuracy, delivery performance, and workflow issues

Operate forklifts and other equipment safely, ensuring daily checks are completed

Use digital systems to manage orders, track performance, and improve efficiency

Provide leadership and foster a collaborative, safety-focused team culture

Skills and Experience

Minimum 2 years’ experience in warehousing, ideally within food service or FMCG

Current forklift licence (essential)

Familiarity with warehouse and delivery systems (Navision, Maganet, PowerBI, or similar)

Proven ability to lead, coach, and support staff in a team setting

Understanding of HACCP, WHS, and food handling standards (desirable)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Available for early morning starts (5:00am)
