Adecco is seeking a proactive Trade Counter Sales / Warehouse All-rounder to work in a diverse and fast-paced position! You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and technical support to air conditioning technicians.

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our client, in a fast-paced environment. Supporting air conditioning technicians with sales, quotes, and parts interpretation, this role involves extensive phone and email communication. You will be working with international suppliers, as well as local suppliers.

Trade Sales Responsibilities:

• Assisting with customer service enquiries via phone and email
• Sourcing barcodes, interpreting part numbers, and managing quotes
• Assisting with scheduled and ad-hoc stock-takes
• Maintaining a solid understanding of Oracle (CRM)
• Ensuring branch and warehouse areas are clean and tidy
• Providing other assistance with administrative duties as required by the Branch Manager or Supervisor
• Flexibility to work at other branches if directed by management

Store/Warehouse Responsibilities:

• Receiving, check, and label incoming goods
• Operating equipment (FL if licensed, highly advantageous)
• Verifying items against packing lists, checking for orders both incoming and outgoing
• Organising freight, packaging and dispatch goods

Profile

• Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude
• Exceptional attention to detail and use of multiple PC and CRM platforms
• Quick learner with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in trade sales, counter sales, or parts interpretation is highly desirable
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining accuracy
• Forklift License is highly advantageous, or willing to obtain
