Are you an experienced Parts Interpreter looking for a long-term opportunity in the automotive industry? Rate: $40 per hour + super
Hours: Monday to Friday, day shift

About the Role
As a Parts Interpreter, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accurate identification, sourcing, and supply of parts for our busy workshop and customer base. You'll liaise with internal departments, technicians, suppliers, and customers, providing expert advice and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Interpret customer needs and recommend appropriate parts

Source and order automotive parts using internal systems and supplier networks

Maintain accurate records of parts transactions and stock levels

Liaise with workshop staff and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts

Manage inventory levels and perform stocktakes

Assist with customer service enquiries, providing technical knowledge and support

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Parts Interpreter in the automotive industry

Sound knowledge of vehicle components and mechanical systems

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Valid driver's licence (essential)

Highly Regarded

Trade qualification in automotive or mechanical discipline
