We have an exciting opportunity available and are on the hunt for a passionate Sales & Parts Assistant to join our fast growing business!

This is a full time position in an office/workshop environment with the opportunity to assist in the workshop from time to time.

The position would ideally suit somebody with administration/sales background within the automotive industry however someone with a passion and desire to get into the industry, outstanding customer service skills, willingness to learn and a strong understanding of administration procedures would be highly considered.

This role would include but is not limited to;

Answering of Incoming Calls

Liaising with Customers

Quoting

Invoicing

Booking Jobs

Manage Bookings

Ordering and Tracking of Parts

Promoting of Trusted 4x4 Products and Components

Manage Incoming Parts Orders

Restocking Parts Store

Social Media Creation

Opportunity to bring new procedures and beneficial ideas to the role

The successful candidate will have the following;

Have a passion for four wheel drives and the great outdoors

High level of customer service skills

Exceptional communication skills

Enjoy working with a fast-paced, high performing team

Self motivated, punctual and reliable

Have the drive to achieve/exceed targets

Well organised with a strong attention to detail, accuracy and processes

Enjoy working as a team

Hold a current Drivers Licence

Skills that would be an advantage but not required;

Sales Representative Background

Basic Vehicle Knowledge and Interest
