Reporting directly to the General Manager-Operations and working closely with the national sales teams, this role is responsible for driving customer service excellence in our target markets Ultimately, success in the role will be demonstrated by your ability to expertly support our WA resellers with sales and product support. The key responsibilities of the role will be as follows:

Provide strong leadership to the customer service team based in both WA and Qld

Build a strong team ethic

Focus on the customer and how to deliver the best customer experience

ensure that your teams training needs are identified and acted on

Work closely with the external sales team

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:

A track record of strong customer service leadership

Exceptional client relationship building and communication skills

Proven problem-solving capability

Consultative approach to understand needs of all stakeholders
