About the role

As the Customer Services Team Leader at Grace Worldwide (Australia) Pty Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of customer service professionals. In this full-time position based in Campbelltown, NSW, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving the continuous improvement of our customer service operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the customer service team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members to develop their skills and enhance the quality of customer service
  • Analyse customer service data and identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and consistent customer experience across the organisation
  • Manage escalated customer inquiries and complaints, and implement effective resolutions
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Foster a positive and engaged team culture, promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a commitment to excellence
