The Opportunity
As the Customer Service Team Leader you will have 3-4 direct reports and be required attend to customers and all other internal and external contacts either face to face, over the phone or electronically. You will ensure all queries, questions, complaints and concerns are dealt with in an efficient, professional and timely manner, and facilitate satisfactory resolutions.
This position requires effective leadership and management skills to set team goals, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement in customer service delivery. The Team Leader fosters a high-performing team by modelling quality service behaviours, empowering staff, and identifying training needs.
Requirements
- Experience in delivering high-quality customer service and implementing operational improvements
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage, motivate, and manage your team effectively
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Prepared to be a hands-on Team Leader
- Ability to lift orders to help load goods for customers at the counter
- 'Can do' attitude
- Good health and safety practices
- Full working rights within Australia
This role offers an immediate start (taking into consideration any notice period you may be required to work).
This is a Full time permanent position.
The customer service office is open from 7am to 5pm every day. The supervisor is responsible for ensuring the customer service department is adequately staffed at all times and to use themselves if other staff members are not available.
