Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity exists for a motivated Customer Service Team Leader to join the Prestige Appliance team in a full-time role.

About this role:

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Team Leader to join our expanding team. This role will involve working in a team environment and includes but is not limited to leading our customer service team, administration, booking trade services, scheduling and assigning jobs to our technicians whilst also having input on improvement strategies.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide clear direction and guidance to our service team
  • Be the key point of contact for all internal and external customer complaints, escalations and issues
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support in a collaborative team environment.
  • Ensuring a positive experience for our loyal customers
  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
  • Collaborate with technicians and Spare parts staff to meet customer needs.
