We have partnered with a client in their search for a Senior Project Manager in Adelaide. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team working on a range of projects across multiple sectors, with a competitive salary of up to $185k including super, depending on experience.

About The Role:
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will manage a portfolio of concurrent small to medium-sized projects, a major project, or a programme of works. Additionally, you will lead a team and act as a key representative for the company, contributing to business development efforts and building strong client relationships.

Our client is a well-established Project Management & Development Management firm, offering services in Asset Management, Property & Construction Advisory. They have a stable pipeline of exciting projects, and this is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that values integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. They are coving the Horticulture and Infrastructure, Aged Care & Retirement Living, Education, Health and Major Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple projects, ensuring they meet their objectives, timelines, and budgets
• Oversee the development, procurement, design, and construction process, ensuring quality control and compliance with regulations
• Identify and manage project risks, developing strategies to mitigate issues
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders
• Facilitate communication and coordination between project teams, clients, and stakeholders
• Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities and assisting with proposal preparation

Who You Are:

• Be driven and passionate, and act with integrity, respect, and empathy towards others.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management, or a related field
• A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management within the construction or related industries
• Proven experience in managing budgets, contracts, timelines, and resources
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams
• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach
• Experience in risk management, quality control, and managing design teams
• Strong commercial acumen and the ability to contribute to business growth
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, juggling multiple priorities
