We're seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in industrial construction to join our team and lead the delivery of large-scale, service-heavy projects from planning through to completion.

About the Role

Reporting to the Team Leader of New Build, you will:

Lead the full lifecycle delivery of industrial construction projects

Oversee planning, programming, site operations, and subcontractor management

Drive commercial performance, site safety, and compliance outcomes

Build strong, lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and suppliers

Manage site teams with confidence and clarity to ensure successful outcomes

Coordinate services-heavy scopes and large-scale construction methodologies

Support early project planning and tendering phases with the Pre-Construction Manager

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrated experience delivering industrial construction projects ($15M+)

5+ years’ experience as a Project Manager, specifically in industrial construction projects

Diploma or Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field

Open Site Supervisor Licence (QBCC)

First Aid and CPR certification

Experience with Hammertech, Procore, & MS Project preferred but not essential

Strong technical knowledge of structural works, tilt panels, slab pours, and services

Familiarity with industrial site compliance, services coordination, and commissioning
