About the Role

We are seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee multiple projects in a portfolio-style approach. This role involves leading Electrical & Instrumentation Control (EIC) projects, managing project execution, schedules, cost control, and contracts. You’ll work across mining (70%) and other industries, with the chance to set and standardise Project Management Office (PMO) processes.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee and manage multiple projects concurrently

Develop and implement PMO standards

Lead and execute EIC projects

Create and maintain project schedules and methodologies

Handle commercial contracts and manage change processes (including variations)

Supervise a Project Engineers and an Administrative team members

Take charge of cost control and estimation (no dedicated cost controller)

Skills & Experience Required

Strong understanding of Project Management Methodologies: Preference for PRINCE2 (Agile PM methods) & PMBOK exposure highly regarded

EIC engineering background (Electrical, Instrumentation & Controls) desirable but not essential

Hands-on, proactive leader who takes ownership and drives project success
