Industrial Demolition Services (IDS) are one of Australia’s largest and most respected demolition specialists, with operations across Victoria and interstate. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead our project delivery team, drive technical excellence and deliver successful outcomes across a range of high-profile demolition projects.

Experience in, and knowledge of, demolition is essential to the success of this role.

What You’ll Do

• Manage high-value, complex projects demolition projects, from planning through to completion.
• Support a team of Project Managers and Site Engineers, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices in project execution.
• Plan and schedule project timelines
• Track and monitor project performance
• Monitor project budgets, manage and implement corrective actions
• Actively participate and demonstrate risk management leadership
• Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

What You’ll Bring

• Tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Engineering (Civil, Structural, or related discipline preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in project management within the construction or demolition industry.
• Proven ability to manage high-value, complex projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working with government bodies and regulators.
• A collaborative leadership style that fosters engagement and continuous improvement.
• High-level problem-solving, risk management, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and ethical conduct in all aspects of project execution.
