Coastal Lawn Solutions is a fast-growing, family-owned business specialising in high-quality lawn and garden maintenance across the Sunshine Coast region. We're currently looking for a Supervisor / Leading Hand to join our leadership team and help drive the business forward.

🌿 About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will:

Lead and supervise a crew across a variety of job sites

Be responsible for running larger jobs and facilitating all on-site work

Work on the tools alongside your team while managing workflow and job quality

Report directly to the company directors, contributing to planning and execution

Be involved in tender and contract work, with an understanding of commercial requirements

Conduct risk analysis and ensure safe work practices at all times

This is a hands-on role that requires someone who can work autonomously, lead by example, and deliver high standards across every aspect of the job.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in a supervisor or leading hand role, preferably within the landscape or property maintenance industry

Strong knowledge of tenders, contracts, and job execution

High attention to detail and ability to conduct site-specific risk assessments

Confident communicator with excellent time management skills

Ability to motivate and manage a team while maintaining a positive and productive environment

Australian driver’s licence (required)

White Card and relevant machinery tickets highly regarded
