The Role
Reporting to the Quality Manager, this newly created role will be instrumental in ensuring products meet the highest standards. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to maintain compliance, enhance quality processes, and foster a strong culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Assurance & Compliance – Ensure adherence to organisational and regulatory standards, maintain ISO 9001 compliance, and support internal/external audits.
• Team Development & Coaching – Train and mentor site teams on quality standards, GMP, and compliance, promoting a culture of excellence.
• Quality Systems & Testing – Implement QA processes, oversee batch release testing, assist with equipment calibration, and ensure lab compliance.
• Customer Complaints & Root Cause Analysis – Investigate complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and drive corrective actions.
• Process Improvement & Reporting – Analyse quality data to identify trends and implement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work with key stakeholders to lead quality projects and uphold best practices across the business.

Skills & Experience

• Experience in a Quality Assurance role, must be within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GLP, and ISO 9001 standards.
• Ability to conduct audits, lead Root Cause Analysis investigations, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence teams at all levels.
