About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to become an integral part of a dynamic, fast-paced team. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you’ll play a key role in supporting leadership with strategy development and day-to-day operations across a growing business unit. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, driving people initiatives that contribute to business performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice and support to managers on all employee relations matters
• Provides high quality strategic and generalist advice and support to leaders based on an in-depth understanding of the business strategy,
• Manage and support performance management processes and investigations
• Lead and participate in HR projects and administrative tasks
• Collaborate closely with the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing

What You’ll Bring

• Proven ability to quickly learn HR and business systems, with a keen eye for process improvement
• Strong ability to influence and coach senior leaders
• Broad experience across all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure
