The Role
An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team within a national, multi-site healthcare organisation. Reporting to the GM of Finance, this role is suited to a CA/CPA qualified professional who thrives on delivering accurate reporting, detailed analysis, and strong commercial support to operational leaders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-of-month (EOM) process across multiple entities and locations
- Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheet reconciliations
- Provide detailed variance analysis and insights to stakeholders
- Maintain general ledger accuracy and compliance
- Partner with General Managers, Regional Partners, and Clinic Support Staff to explain financial results
- Prepare quarterly dividend calculations
- Assist with year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors
- Contribute to business improvement initiatives and ad hoc financial projects
About You
- CA or CPA qualified
- Demonstrated experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role
- Strong financial reporting, analysis, and Excel skills
- Experience in a multi-entity or multi-site environment highly regarded
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
- A collaborative and proactive team player
- Working rights in Australia
