The Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance team within a national, multi-site healthcare organisation. Reporting to the GM of Finance, this role is suited to a CA/CPA qualified professional who thrives on delivering accurate reporting, detailed analysis, and strong commercial support to operational leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-of-month (EOM) process across multiple entities and locations
• Prepare monthly profit and loss statements and balance sheet reconciliations
• Provide detailed variance analysis and insights to stakeholders
• Maintain general ledger accuracy and compliance
• Partner with General Managers, Regional Partners, and Clinic Support Staff to explain financial results
• Prepare quarterly dividend calculations
• Assist with year-end audit processes and liaise with external auditors
• Contribute to business improvement initiatives and ad hoc financial projects

About You

• CA or CPA qualified
• Demonstrated experience in a Finance Business Partner or similar commercial finance role
• Strong financial reporting, analysis, and Excel skills
• Experience in a multi-entity or multi-site environment highly regarded
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused
• A collaborative and proactive team player
• Working rights in Australia
