A role has now come available for an experienced contract administrator to work as part of a team reporting directly to the General Manager.
• You will require a hands-on approach to the role
• Excellent negotiation skills in particular with Subbies
• Clear Communication skills
• You will be expected to have a minimum of 3 years Australian experience in your role as well as an interest in pursuing commercial management opportunities in the future.
• Waterproofing knowledge is desirable
• Degree in Construction desirable
• Office Based role
• You must be able to read drawings
• Must be able to take off quantities from drawings
• OST measuring software experience desirable
• Strong Excel, capabilities
• Able to produce and assess progress claims to clients and subbies
• Able to work in a busy environment
• Organised and Methodical
• Able to start and finish a task in a timely manner
• Able to communicate scope and produce marked up dwgs and docs to project site team and office team
• Able to prepare and read construction programmes
• Procurement of Materials
On offer is an excellent Salary package commensurate with experience up to $130k Package Including Super Negotiable.
