What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for someone confident & experienced in the CA space — technically solid, commercially aware, and able to hold their own when it comes to managing financial outcomes and stakeholder communication (hit the ground running). You’ll be joining a well-supported CA team, recently restructured to create clearer growth pathways, and ongoing support from a hands-on CA Leadership.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Contract Administrator
• Must have experience delivering commercial projects from start to end.
• Must have local Melbourne experience – visa sponsorship not available
• Ideally, had experience using Jobpac (or similar systems)
• Strong understanding of contract management, procurement, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication skills – assertive, clear, and collaborative
