The Role:
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for leading site operations and ensuring the successful delivery of this $10m school project. You will coordinate trades, manage site safety, and drive project timelines to achieve high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met
• Drive project schedules and maintain timely progress
• Solve site issues and maintain strong stakeholder communication

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in commercial construction
• Experience delivering education or institutional projects (preferred)
• Strong leadership, organisation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple trades and maintain a safe, productive site
• A proactive approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality projects
