With a growing pipeline of high-end projects we have an opening for an experienced site manager or a skilled foreperson looking to take the next step in their career.

The Role

You will be supported with a dedicated Project Manager, Contract Administrator on all of your projects. Reporting to the project Manager you will be in charge of all site activities including:

• On site safety
• Quality Management
• Managing and scheduling subcontractors
• Ensuring the project is kept on schedule and budget
• Run Toolbox meetings
• Reporting to the project manager and relevant stakeholders

YOU

• A proven track record in delivering multi-level projects in excess of $10million from start to completion as a site manager or as a 2ic on Larger builds (ready to take the next step)
• Highly values a safe work environment
• An extensive understanding of commercial building practices
• Outstanding communication and time management skills
• Excellent ability to handle OH&s issues and resolutions
• Excellent reputation and references to match
• Leadership qualities and a great personality!
