Projects: Institutional New builds up to $70m
Location: Inner Northern & Western Suburbs
Salary: $140K - $190K package

Duties:
As the Site Manager, you will be required to:

• Manage daily operations of the Construction site
• Coordinate various trades and stakeholders
• Enforce and oversee OH&S procedures and measures
• Enforce quality standards are being maintained
• Resolve any disputes that arise on-site
• Mentor, develop and upskill junior colleagues

About You:

We are looking to speak with experienced Site Managers, with a trade background, that have delivered projects in the education, health or government space (New Build ideally) either as a Foreman/2ic or Site Manager.

Previous experience working with Hammertech & Procore would be advantageous.
