We’re on the lookout for an experienced Bar Manager to lead our team in a venue that blends historic charm with a contemporary edge. Situated in Battery Point, we’re a hub for exceptional service, cold beer and great atmosphere, and we need someone who shares our passion for Tasmania’s incredible food and drink scene.

About You:

• At least 12 months’ experience in a similar management role.

• A genuine love for local food, wine, and hospitality.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a team.

• A hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering memorable guest experiences.
