About the role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Junior Estimator / Project Admin to join our team at DNT Co. in Roselands, NSW. In this full-time position, you will be responsible for providing essential estimating and project administration support to our Construction business.

What you'll be doing

Prepare detailed estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards

Assist with the tendering and bidding process, including the collection and analysis of data to support competitive proposals

Liaise with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather and validate cost information

Maintain and update project records, including budgets, schedules, and documentation

Provide administrative support for project management activities, such as preparing reports and coordinating meetings

Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools

What we're looking for

Relevant qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field

1-2 years of experience in estimating or project administration within the construction industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications

Proficiency in using estimating software and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

Preferred Korean speaker but not necessary
