We are looking for a Full Time Junior Estimator / Project Admin for our civil concreting & landscaping business in Cawdor NSW (Macarthur area), to work closely alongside director and office manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects
• Review project drawings, specifications, and other documents to develop cost estimates
• Obtain quotes from subcontractors and suppliers
• Analyse labor, materials, and other project costs
• Assist in preparing bid proposals and ensure they meet project requirements
• Track and update estimates as necessary throughout the project lifecycle
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors
• Assist with budgeting and cost control on active projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in estimating or a related field
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and labor costs
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
