A Junior Admin / Estimator professional is responsible for supporting administrative and accounting tasks within the organization. This role typically involves a mix of administrative duties, such as managing communications and scheduling, and accounting tasks, like handling financial records and transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Manage office communications, including emails and phone calls.

Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

Maintain and organize office files and records.

Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.

Accounts Support:

Process and record financial transactions, including invoices and payments.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.

Reconcile bank statements and accounts.

Support the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.

General Duties:

Assist in the implementation of office policies and procedures.

Provide support for other departments as needed.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Handle any other administrative or accounts-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business administration or accounting is a plus.
