We are on the lookout for passionate and creative Early Childhood Teacher or Educator to join our team as a 2iC or Second in Charge at Blossom Preschool Engadine!
You will be joining a team of eager and diligent educators who are excited to have someone new join their them!
You will be welcomed into our environment with open arms and we will be patient with you as we teach you how to use our programs and get used to our daily routines.

What do we expect from you?

You are able to have fun, while maintaining relationships with other educators, children, families and managment.

You are eager to learn and have a strong work ethic

You are flexible and reliable with hours between 7am - 6pm and a 6-weekly staff meeting

You are respectful of EVERYONE and able to work collaboratively amongst the team

You have proven ability to create programs and write observations and follow-ups on children's development

You are creative and are EXCITED to pass this passion onto the children

You hold a current first aid and CPR certificates

You hold a valid WWCC

You are nurturing toward the children and create a safe environment

You hold a bachelor dergree in early childhood education or a diploma

What can we offer you?

You would be in a leadership position, being mentored by the nominated supervisor and the approved provider

You would have 2 days off the floor and 3 days on the floor each week, supporting the team in both capacities.
