The Centre

BTP Early Learning Centre is a private owned 108-place Centre located in Eight Mile Plains, providing care from 6 weeks to preschool age. BTP Early Learning is a custom-built service from the ground up that opened late 2020 with multiple play areas to support children's learning and development.

Our Team

We have a team of qualified, dedicated educators who are committed and passionate about delivering the highest possible care and education to our children and their families. As a team, we work together to follow the Early Years Learning Framework to guide our professional practice.

What do I need to succeed?

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Room Leader / 2IC ( Toddler Room Based ) to join our Centre. As an integral part of our leadership team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of our Centre, supporting the Director, and leading a team of passionate educators in providing exceptional care and education for young children.

In this exciting role, you will impact all team by fostering a positive, nurturing environment. Your expertise in early childhood education, combined with your passion with children and leadership skills, will empower you to guide and mentor staff, build strong relationships with families, and contribute to the growth of our Centre.

Diploma of Early Childhood Education or ACECQA equivalent

Understanding of the National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework

Passionate and Strong ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, families, and community members
