Our client is a leading Not-for-Profit provider in Outside School Hours Care servicing Western Sydney. They offer ongoing training, development, and career progression to all staff. This opportunity will join an established team and lead the operations and compliance at this service.

  • Full time - 38 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
  • Before School Hours: 7 am - 10 am
  • After School Hours: 2 pm - 6:30pm
  • $38 - $40 (incl split shift allowance) + super

About the Service:

  • Service size - 170 children
  • Team Structure - Centre Manager, 2 x second in charge & permanent Educators (not reliant on casuals).
  • Lovely tight-knit community with a great partnership with the school community
  • Dedicated OSHC Space
  • This service encourages and supports you with your development and upskilling

About you:

  • Experience working in Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) or Early Years Education.
  • Passionate about providing ongoing support and development.
  • Understanding of the National Quality Framework and My Time, Our Place.
  • Ambitious to upskill and grow professionally.
