About the role

Treasured Moments Early Learning is seeking a passionate and experienced Kindy Room Leader to join our dedicated team in Balcatta, WA. As the Sparkly Jewels (Kindy Room) Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of educators to provide high-quality early childhood education and care to our kindy-aged children. This is a full-time role, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the daily operations of the kindy room, ensuring a safe, engaging and nurturing environment for children

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate educational programs that foster children's learning and development

Lead and mentor a team of educators, providing guidance, support and opportunities for professional growth

Maintain strong relationships with families, communicating regularly and involving them in the learning process

Ensure compliance with all relevant childcare regulations and standards

Contribute to the overall continuous improvement and quality of our childcare service

What we're looking for

A friendly, bubbly, and team-oriented person who loves to bring positive energy to the workplace.

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education

Someone with a passion for child safety and protection

Relevant experience working in a kindy or pre-school setting, with demonstrated leadership skills

Thorough understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with children, families and the team

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Passion for providing high-quality early childhood education and a commitment to ongoing professional development
