Keiki Early Learning has been providing exceeding care to children in Perth's northern suburbs for over 21 years. This role will join Keiki's beautiful Trinity Alkimos service. Features of this beautiful service include passionate educators, direct outdoor access from all rooms into age-appropriate gardens which are beautifully cared for by our maintenance team.

About the role

We are seeking a nurturing Room Leader to join our beautiful service to coordinate a Kindy room, this role will be supported by a team of 4-5 educators, this role will suit someone who is passionate about play-based, child-led learning and is confident in leading a team.

We are looking for an exceptional Room Leader who:

• Can be versatile and adaptable to the children's needs
• Can be creative in setting up activities and environments
• Has excellent written and verbal communication skills to be able to deliver quality learning stories to our families
• Has a thorough understanding of the planning cycle and is able to work closely with the Room Leaders to deliver a rich curriculum
