We organise snow packages / tours and have snow related properties spanning across Australia, New Zealand and Japan. The Oz Snow Group offers competitive snow packages to the most popular snow destinations

We are looking for some one to join our team as a National Sales Rep at Oz Snow. As the National Sales Representative, you’ll champion sales efforts for our Northern Hemisphere (Japan) and Southern Hemisphere (Australia/New Zealand) winter season products, focusing on maintaining & building strong relationships with key travel agents. There could also be other opportunities available to the right candidate!

We would are looking for some one with prior experience as a Travel Consultant, BDM & or Snow Industry Experience. Also any social media marketing / digital content creation experience would be looked upon favorably.

What matters most is that you're outgoing and love to talk to people, are a problem solver by nature and have a can do attitude. This role requires some days on the road locally as well as Interstate and Occasionally International Travel. All work outside this is from our Bondi Junction office & we are predominately looking for a Sydney based candidate.

What you'll be doing/Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:

Develop Client Relationships: Nurture and grow strong partnerships with travel agents and key clients. Build trust, drive repeat business, and solidify Oz Snow’s position as a preferred partner.

Destination Expertise & Training: Educate travel agents and clients about our products using compelling presentations to highlight their unique appeal.

Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns: Work with the marketing team to design and implement engaging social media campaigns, email outreach, and digital ads that resonate with target audiences.

Represent the Brand: Act as an ambassador for Oz Snow Adventures, representing the company at industry events, expos, and client-facing engagements.

Enhance the Customer Journey: Collaborate with the reservations, administration, and operations teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional experience for clients from inquiry to booking.

What we're looking for

Travel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the travel industry, particularly experience as a travel agent/consultant, is highly desirable.

Social Media & Digital Marketing Skills: The ability to create compelling social media content and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and online engagement, is highly desirable.

Passion for Snow Sports: Knowledge of or enthusiasm for snow sports and ski destinations, including regions like Japan/NZ/Australia is a strong advantage.

Availability During Peak Snow Season: Commit to being available during the Australian winter season (Late -June to early September). To help out with weekend tour guiding duties and operational management assistance. (Paid to snowboard or ski perks)

Interstate Travel: Some travel interstate for representative duties, building relationships with key clients and using compelling presentations to support nationwide sales initiatives on the ground. Also there will be opportunities to help host international ski famils in Japan and NZ
