We’re searching for an experienced Internal Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. If you’re passionate about providing exceptional customer service and enjoy a collaborative team environment, then this is the role for you!

What You’ll Be Doing

Manage and grow a portfolio of internal accounts.

Make outbound calls to customers and prospects

Handle inbound sales enquiries – phone, website, webchat.

Cross-sell and up-sell products to reach individual KPI’s and business targets.

Prepare and follow up Quotes

Work alongside Business Development Managers and booking appointments

Log details of all customer interactions in the CRM system

What You’ll Need to Be Successful

Proven experience in tele-sales and meeting sales KPI’s

Excellent oral and written communication skills, with an emphasis on effective listening and tactful questioning to understand customer requirements.

Positive mindset with excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with strong time & task management skills

Competitive nature and hunger for sales

Advanced proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Experience with packaging products or within the packaging industry will be highly regarded.
