We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Representative to join our growing team.

Position Overview: As a Sales Representative at Additive Engineering, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and effectively communicating the benefits of our 3D printing services.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients through various channels, including industry events, networking, and online research.

Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Client Engagement: Engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their needs, present tailored solutions, and demonstrate the value of our 3D printing services.

Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our 3D printing technologies, materials, and applications to effectively address client inquiries and provide informed recommendations.

Sales Presentations: Create and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, showcasing the capabilities and benefits of our services.

Negotiation: Negotiate terms and close deals while ensuring a positive client experience and alignment with company policies.

Account Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.

Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to stay informed and identify new business opportunities.

Reporting: Track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics, and report progress to management on a regular basis.

Content Generation: Develop and create marketing content for various platforms and events.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in high value regulated industries.

Strong understanding of 3D printing technologies, materials, and applications is highly desirable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.

Strong problem-solving skills with a client-focused approach.

Experience dealing with government and regulated industries.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
