About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Sales Representative to join our team at Select Window Installations in Brookvale, on Sydney's Northern Beaches. As a full-time Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by engaging with potential customers and securing new business opportunities.

What you'll be doing

Visiting clients all over Sydney to showcase our high-quality window and door solutions

Closing sales, ensuring a seamless customer experience from initial contact through to installation

Providing excellent customer service and follow-up to build long-term relationships with clients

Assisting with getting materials to site and helping installers as needed to ensure jobs run smoothly

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the home improvement or construction industry

Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers

Strong problem-solving and time management skills

Proficient in outlook, word, excel and ability to learn other new software

Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve outstanding results
