RECEPTIONIST / ADMINISTRATION OFFICER
We’re looking for enthusiastic and committed Receptionist/Administration Officers who are hungry to learn, strive for excellence, and make a positive impact. Our ideal candidate will have a proactive, humble approach and possess exceptional interpersonal skills. Full time available (38 hrs/wk) with option for 32-38 hrs/wk if desired.

We are a well-established, highly-regarded practice serving private hospitals and our three outpatient locations: South Brisbane, Annerley, and Highgate Hill. We offer comprehensive physiotherapy services in a collaborative and supportive environment dedicated to quality care.

Monday to Friday work:
Full time 38 hrs/wk with option for 32-38 hrs/wk and a 9 day fortnight, if desired
Rostered shifts between 7:00 am and 6:30 pm
Modern, computerised practice with full IT support
Quality accredited practice
Your Role
As a Receptionist/Administration Officer, you will:
Deliver high-quality customer service to both internal and external clients
Manage patient appointments and accounts using our computerised system
Handle various administrative tasks essential to our operations
Provide support to our Leadership Team and Physiotherapists
Who We’re Looking For
Essential Skills
Outstanding customer service abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Word (advanced), Excel, and Outlook (intermediate)
Touch typing skills (60 wpm)
Ability to quickly learn practice management software
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with patients, colleagues, and healthcare partners
Strong problem-solving abilities, organization, and attention to detail
Ability to work well both independently and in a team
Initiative and multitasking abilities

Desirable Skills
Previous experience in a medical or allied health private practice setting
