Our client is seeking a versatile and friendly Office Administrator to be the first point of contact in a professional and welcoming workplace.

This role offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to be a key support in daily office operations.

About the Role:
As the Office Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of the office. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

✔️ Front desk coordination – greeting visitors and managing phone calls
✔️ Maintaining a professional office environment, including meeting room setup and office supplies procurement
✔️ Coordinating company events, travel bookings, and staff training administration
✔️ Managing company records, office equipment, and IT coordination
✔️ Supporting with compliance requirements, vehicle fleet management, and emergency procedures
✔️ Assisting the Executive Assistant with administrative tasks

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities, and takes pride in creating an organised and well-functioning workplace.

About You:
To succeed in this role, you will have:

✔️ At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
✔️ A proactive, problem-solving attitude – no task is too big or too small!
✔️ Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
✔️ The ability to multitask and work effectively with internal teams, clients, and suppliers
✔️ A friendly and professional approach as the first point of contact in the office
