This is a pivotal hire for the Sydney office. In this role, you'll provide comprehensive executive support to three busy leaders, ensuring seamless daily operations.
As the sole member of support staff, you'll be the go-to person for the team and a key driver in fostering a vibrant office culture. Your contributions will directly influence the company's efficiency and workplace environment, making you an essential part of its success.

What is the role?
- Provide EA support for 3 senior leaders in the Sydney office;
- Manage diaries and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements;
- Process expense claims and invoices accurately;
- Provide administrative support across a range of projects
- Draft and edit confidential reports, proposals, and other key correspondence;
- Support the HR team with general admin tasks and oversee the onboarding and induction of new staff;
- Coordinate office social events and internal staff gatherings to foster a positive workplace culture; and
- Manage office supplies and procurement, ensuring adequate stock levels.
