Working with this executive leader will see you take charge of your role. They are a hands-off manager, looking for an Assistant who knows how to be proactive show initiative and make things happen. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships across all levels, effectively liaising with key stakeholders. Adaptable and resourceful, you excel at staying one step ahead, making informed decisions, and providing seamless support to senior leadership.
A snapshot of your role….
- Manage calendars, schedule internal and external meetings, and coordinate Board and Committee activities across multiple time zones. Organise travel arrangements, create detailed itineraries, and provide support for client meetings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling executive Board documents and company reports, ensuring precision and thoroughness.
- Prepare, review, and manage correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, and minutes with a high level of efficiency and accuracy.
- Serve as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, manage communications, and coordinate events such as company meetings and executive dinners.
- Oversee budgeting and expense tracking, process invoices, and assist the Executive team with financial reporting and other administrative duties.
