We seek a highly skilled and experienced Business Analyst and ICT Project Coordinator to lead the complex integration of fuel systems, electrical components, and data analytics within a Power BI framework. This full-time role demands advanced technical expertise in data modelling, automation, system integration, and strong project management capabilities.

You will manage complex projects, working closely with users to formulate business requirements, identifying and analysing inefficiencies that drive the deployment of functional solutions. Not a "standard" Business Analyst role, you will be required to manage complex technical systems and data streams across multiple domains.

Key responsibilities:

Business Process Analysis: Document business requirements, identify inefficiencies, and recommend optimal solutions.

ICT Project Coordination: Lead the integration of fuel systems and electrical components with Power BI, ensuring timely, on-scope delivery of projects. Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets across teams with complex dependencies to ensure smooth execution. Using proven project management methodologies, you will create detailed plans, allocate resources, control costs, and drive projects to successful completion.

Data Integration & Testing: Develop and manage data pipelines, for real-time synchronisation of fuel and electrical system data using Power BI, SQL, APIs, and SharePoint. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality, ensuring high-quality and reliable data integration across platforms.

Performance Optimisation: Troubleshoot and optimise DAX, Power Query, and VBA scripts for high-performance reporting. Address complex technical challenges related to large data sets, ensuring efficient data processing and dashboard refresh.

Functional Specifications & User Support: Develop functional specifications for system developers, and work with programmers to design system improvements. Create user and training documentation and conduct formal training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of the system.

Stakeholder Liaison & Guidance: Serve as the central reference for system-related decision-making, providing guidance on system functionality and improvements. Collaborate with users and technical teams to design enhancements to websites, apps, and integrated systems.

Required experience:

Extensive experience in Power BI, SQL, and data automation tools (Python, VBA, Power Automate).

Deep understanding of fuel systems and electrical components and their integration with IT infrastructure.

Strong knowledge of business process optimisation, system design, and project management techniques.

Proven ability to manage large, technically complex projects with cross-functional teams.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to address complex data challenges and performance bottlenecks.
