Job Summary:

Are you an experienced Project Sales Consultant looking for a role that allows you to focus purely on sales and maximise your earning potential? This is your opportunity to step into a high-growth environment with access to a strong pipeline of residential developments.

• Conduct private and public inspections as requested
• Handle incoming enquiries and guide buyers through the sales process
• Use strong negotiation skills to secure deals and maximise outcomes
• Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless client experience

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in project sales (recent experience is essential)
• Ability to provide sales records demonstrating consistent performance
• A driven, results-oriented mindset with strong negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Availability Monday to Saturday (with one weekday off)
• Organised and proactive, taking full ownership of your projects
