We are looking for a top-tier sales professional who speaks fluent Mandarin and has a proven track record in off-the-plan property sales. You will sell stock in the Parramatta/ Ryde/ Rhodes and Marsden Park areas. If you have a passion for real estate, strong negotiation skills, and thrive in a fast-paced sales environment, this is your role!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Engaging with potential buyers via phone and email to nurture and convert leads
• Scheduling and conducting property viewings to showcase developments
• Making 20 - 30 outbound calls per day to maintain a strong pipeline of potential buyers
• Work closely with the team & Director of Sales to drive sales performance

What You Need to Succeed:

• Fluent in Mandarin & English – Essential to engage with key buyer demographics
• Proven project sales experience – Minimum 2+ years in off-the-plan property sales
• Confident in phone and face-to-face sales – Strong ability to convert leads
• Excellent negotiation & relationship-building skills – A natural closer!
• Real Estate License (Class 1 or 2) is required
• Availability to work 5 days per week, including weekends (with 2 days off midweek)
