Project Sales Consultant

Full Time – Commission Only. OTE $250K

Role Overview:

As a Project Sales Consultant, you’ll be a trusted advisor to clients selling stock across Western Sydney's best growth corridors. Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management: Build genuine, trust-based connections by upholding our values of Integrity and Professionalism in all client interactions.

Property Sales & Negotiation: Utilize your sales skills to prospect leads, negotiate terms, and close premium deals that advance our mission of exceeding developer expectations.

Market Insight & Strategy: Stay ahead of market trends and leverage data-driven insights to gain a competitive edge while offering strategic advice to clients.

Networking: Expand your professional network, connect with industry experts, and generate top-quality leads to contribute to our global reach.

Sales Reporting & Accountability: Nurture the leads given to you and track sales metrics meticulously, refining your approach to maintain consistent, high-level performance.

Qualifications

Valid NSW Real Estate License/Certificate Class 1 or Class 2

Proven track record in sales (real estate experience is an advantage).

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Driven, resilient, and focused on surpassing sales targets.

Adept at thriving both independently and within a supportive team framework.

Knowledge of Sydney’s - North West, South West real estate market desirable

Languages

Open for all nationalities and backgrounds.
