Join a Leading Premium Builder – New Homes Sales Consultant Wanted!

About Us:
Our client is a renowned, award-winning residential builder celebrated for their exceptional quality and bespoke designs. Based in the stunning Palmview area, they’re on the lookout for an experienced New Homes Sales Consultant to join their passionate team.

Role Overview:
As a New Homes Sales Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding potential clients through the entire home-buying journey. You’ll work directly with the business owner who leads sales, giving you the freedom and autonomy to create and implement innovative sales strategies to not only meet but exceed your targets.
With a realistic on-target earnings (OTE) of $300k, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional to make a real impact.
This role requires working weekends (Saturday & Sunday) with two days off during the week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire home-buying experience from initial enquiry to the final sale.
• Independently design and execute powerful sales strategies to drive success.
• Build and nurture leads, ensuring effective qualification and conversion into sales.
• Leverage your knowledge of the custom homebuilding market to provide expert guidance.
• Represent the company with professionalism, exceptional communication, and enthusiasm.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in New Homes Sales.
• A proven track record of being a proactive, self-motivated sales professional who knows how to spot and seize opportunities.
• Expertise in generating and nurturing leads with a results-driven approach.
• Strong presentation and communication skills to impress clients and build lasting relationships.
• Ability to work independently, making confident decisions and driving results.
• A solid understanding of construction processes and industry terminology.
