We’re looking for Sales Consultants who are ready to take charge of their earning potential. This is a commission-only role; however, to ensure a positive cash flow, we provide an advanced commission payment upon client sign-up, enabling you to see financial returns early in your career with us.

We will commence induction/training for this role on Monday 21st April, you must be available to start on this date

About the Role

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their dream of building a new home. Working closely with potential clients, you’ll guide them through the sales process, from initial inquiry to signed contracts. You’ll have access to comprehensive training, cutting-edge tools, and strong support to succeed in this rewarding and fast-paced industry.

Key responsibilities include:

Engaging with prospective clients and building strong relationships.

Assisting clients in selecting the perfect home design and customising it to suit their needs.

Presenting and explaining pricing, inclusions, and the Form Homes process.

Following up on leads and nurturing client relationships to conversion.

Maintaining exceptional service standards and a customer-first approach.

About You

We’re looking for people who are:

Experienced in sales: Ideally, you’ve worked in industries like small electrical (e.g., Harvey Norman or The Good Guys), motor vehicle sales, or mobile phone sales. Transferable skills and a passion for delivering great customer experiences are key.

Eager to learn: Sales trainees with proven transferable skills are encouraged to apply.

Strong communicators: You excel at connecting with people and building trust.

Ambitious and results-driven: You’re motivated by achieving goals and exceeding expectations.
